You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item, and a further 14 days to return the goods to us. To exercise your cancellation right please contact us via the channels listed in contact section.
Please take care of the goods and any packaging. If their value is diminished by any amount as a result of handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we reserve the right to deduct that amount from the refund, up to the value of the purchase price. We kindly ask that goods are returned in original packaging and original condition.
Any costs incurred in returning products are the responsibility of the customer
